DO NOT PLUG THE HOSE!YOU The black hose you mention is your crankcase breather hose,it releases pressure caused by blow-by gases in your crankcase.if plugged or clogged the pressure WILL cause an oil leak or a seal to blow .The other end goes to breather box to be sucked in by carb and burn excess fuel vapors.the best you can
do is reroute to atmosphere .but this is an EPA ISSUE.Best to leave it alone ,just make sure it is not pugged up.It has nothing to do with performance,its the same as PCV SYSTEM on
a car without the PCV VALVE. Giro
